Similar to our earlier suggestion of repairing Office (see #3 Repair Your Microsoft Office above), perform the same steps except choose to Uninstall. Be aware that you may need your product key if you received one. Microsoft has its own tool for automatically scanning and correcting Office when things go awry. You can read about it and then run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to see if that helps. It can automatically diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and fix problems with Outlook. Note that the above Fix Outlook Support link is for desktop Outlook for Windows.

If you can't find a dialog box open, move on to the next step. There’s nothing in particular to warn you about, as there are many informational and diagnostic information there, but reading the entries may lead to a clue about what’s going wrong. Note that you can sort by clicking on the Source column. Be sure to look where both Outlook exited and when it was restarted. Do you have another machine you can try to duplicate the problem on, preferably with a configuration that is as close to possible to the machine that has the problem? Identifying patterns helps to diagnose what the problem might be.

To determine whether this problem is caused by a corrupted user profile, create a user profile to see whether the problem still occurs when you use the new profile. When you start Windows normally, several applications and services start automatically and then run in the background. These applications and services can interfere with Outlook. A Selective Startup or "clean boot" process can help you identify problems that are caused Fix Outlook Support by application conflicts.

You can start Outlook in safe mode, disable your add-ins, Fix Outlook Support and then try to open Outlook normally. If you can't open Outlook, or Outlook disappears or crashes, one of your add-ins may be to blame or you may need to update Outlook. If Outlook is still not working correctly even after restarting it, then you could try repairing the program and restart your computer afterward. Outlook is one of the most complex applications of the Microsoft Office suite, which makes it extremely resource-hungry. Outlook may hang Fix Outlook Support simply because it does not have enough memory to run or perform a required operation. This is often the case with outdated and low capacity PCs, however even modern and powerful ones cannot feel secured against this.

I am not quite sure when this started, otherwise I would have rolled back updates and/or removed recently installed apps. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled Office but it only made the issue worse. In System Configuration, if you select a check box, the related service or startup program runs when you restart the computer. If the check box is cleared, the service or startup program doesn't run when you restart the computer.

These files can be repaired through an inbuilt program in the Outlook installation directory. If everything is working correctly, you can now delete the old profile. When you face issues related to the Outlook profile stuck on loading, there might be some hardware issues. So, make sure you turn off the hardware acceleration option in Outlook. If Outlook is NOT able to start in safe mode, then try the next proposed solution below, entitled Create a new Outlook profile. I can't open the Microsoft Outlook, when I try to open the application is staying in loading screen and nothing happens. On June 25th, 2019, the Outlook Team made a change to Fix Outlook Support the service to fix this issue. If you are still seeing this issue, restart Outlook a couple of times so it can pick up the service change. Remember to re-enable your antivirus once Outlook is working properly.
